Whitney the Poser

We took Whitney out for her 2-year-old birthday pictures. She was such a nut because every time we asked her to smile she would give us this big goofy grin. This one managed to escape the cheesy smile.

It's off to school we go. This is our everyday trek to the car. The best part of this picture--Joshua's finally decided that he's willing to wear the backpack.

Our Mighty Four-Year-Old

Joshua had birthday cake at Grandma Sandy's over conference weekend. Regan and Aunt Heidi were there too. Actually this picture is stolen off Aunt Heidi's blog.


I've noticed that most of the pictures lately have spotlighted Whitney. So it's time to spotlight Joshua. The picture on the left we took one morning when we woke up to find Joshua's eyes almost swollen shut from his wonderful allergies.

Attention Everyone!

Today October 5, 2006 is a very important day. Not only is it Joshua's 4th birthday (Happy Birthday Joshua!) but it's also the start of the NHL season. Yes, I know this makes me sound like a crazy fanatical Canadian (which I might very well be) but after the amazing (and heart-breaking) run my hometown Edmonton Oilers made last year to the Stanley Cup Finals game 7, I am so excited for this season. Whitney is too. This picture was taken last year during the Finals when Uncle Steve sent us some very important rally gear. Go Oilers!
