It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like...

The North Pole!

As you may have heard, Fargo had a blizzard over the weekend. Church was canceled--everything was canceled. Clinics were cancelled, pretty much the only thing open was the ER. I heard someone say the police would fine you if they found you "out and about" enjoying the lovely weather.

Here are some pictures of the snow around the house:

And the backyard (I had to take these indoors because the drift was so packed and so high, I couldn't open the back door).

And since we live in the North Pole, Santa wasn't very hard to find. We took these pictures about a week and a half ago.

Ahh, the joys of being back in the north :) I hope you don't have the terribly cold weather that has taken over the Canadian prairies. It's -40 (including windchill) here today. Yuck!

That is a lot of snow!! I get grumpy with a few inches, but that would have pushed me over the edge. I'm glad everything was canceled so you could be home all together! Good luck with your North Pole weather :)

Wow! It sure looks pretty, but I'm sure glad it's not my neighborhood! We did get a few snow flurries this morning, which was exciting for us!

Brrrr! That looks very cold. Hope the roads and so forth are cleared now. But, that does look like lots of fun winter play for the kids. My boys would be jealous.

Thought about you when we heard the news! Have fun--we got a little snow and rain turned it to ice. Enjoy the play!
Take care, Becks! Merry Christmas!

Hi Sarah! We miss you a lot and think of you often. Abby randomly brings Whitney up a lot. The other day while we were at the grocery store she said Whitney has princess costumes at her house. Good luck with all the snow! Wow!
