Happy Halloween!

Elizabeth Bennet with her trusty Unicorn and hockey player Ales Hemsky

Mr. Darcy is here to see you

Those goofy kids!

I must say the past two weeks (and especially yesterday) it's been so fun to be a mom. Both my kids were SO excited for Halloween. They were SO excited to go trick-or-treating, and they were both so wide-eyed and taking it all in. To be a kid again and to see the world like that :) I finished Steve's costume and was quite impressed with myself. When we went down Mass. Street tons of people commented on that costume, and I thought "I sewed that! ME. I don't sew!" I was quite excited too. Now we just have to deal with the Halloween detox.

I'm very impressed Sarah! I love you and Steve's costumes! and your kids, always adorable. We're going through detox too, it'll be a long painful process, but hey, it's all worth it- Halloween is so fun!

W-O-W!! Sarah, you did an amazing job. Steve is a dead ringer for Mr. Darcy. Do you have any pictures of the two of you together? I'd like to see your costume with you standing up. Good job!!

Ezra really loved Halloween this year as well. It was fun. He actually wanted to dress up. He loved trick-or-treating and pumpkin carving and of course he LOVED CANDY! The best is when he is being naughty I can put pumpkin (full of candy) in time out. A most excellent discovery. The costume is awesome. I want to see a standing up picture of yours as well!

I'm really jealous of your sewing skills, Sarah! I only WISH I were that cool.

So... You don't have to do this if you don't want to, but I've tagged you on my most recent blog. If you don't feel like participating or you've already done it, just ignore me. I won't be offended!
